A dedicated Helpdesk Service has been implemented by DOCFAM+ during the duration of the programme. Prospective applicants can contact the team either by email or telephone seeking for any advice related to the preparation and submission of a successful application. The service is the main contact point to provide detailed information and clear feedback.
Recruited fellows will also receive additional support from the UAB Doctoral School and the hosting organisation, including the administration and thesis supervisor. Each partner organisation recruiting fellows on the programme has also nominated a person acting as representative for any issues related with the preparation of the contracts.
